The checking in service was not so great due to the person on duty when I checked in ..but in the morning when I spoked to the manager on duty ( Miss Anna) she had a conversation with a employee to clean my room and bathroom for me her name (Tarish) she was wonderful making sure all was takes care of and very polite, professional, respectful and caring person so thank you Tarish so much

Hollow was so accommodating . She was kind in a time of family crisis. I could ask for more from her and the staff. I would recommend this for anyone that’s needs a extended place to stay.

My stay at ECHO Suites Extended Stay was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful to all my needs. Alejandra was so helpful and polite….The Best👍🏾

Echo is a fitting word to describe this hotel (motel) experience. We came to visit family in the area, so we flew in. If you need to lay your head down, this is great. But, if you need any other amenities like a telephone in your room, coffee maker, a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, a trash can, cups, or any other items found in similar hotels, then spend the extra $40 and stay somewhere else because this ECHOS of a bare-bones experience. The upside is that Wi-Fi is available which is how I am writing this now. One plus is that your room key card is the only way to access your floor. Looking forward to exiting this place soon! One star because the hotel manager explained that for $40 you can get a ‘package’ of the aforementioned items, HOWEVER, this ‘package’ is NOT offered at this location! 💀

Brand new hotel,, excellent location, beautiful rooms , very polite and professional employees, Ana and Hollow the managers are great, polite , and professional, Housekeepers doing great job.
