Location: Conveniently located, but the check-in process was confusing. No staff at Quadro on arrival—I had to knock with no response, then call to find out check-in was next door at Hotel Argento. Atmosphere: Modern and stylish decor, but the lobby at Quadro was stuffy and lacked air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable. Rooms: Spacious and clean with basic amenities. The bed was comfy, water hot, but the air conditioning was temperamental. The balcony was too small for furniture, so not much use. Value: Mixed. The room itself was decent, but amenities like the pool, bar, and dining were all at Argento—not Quadro—so it felt like you were paying for less as you would have to ravel out your hotel and across the road to eat. Cleanliness: No complaints—room was clean and well-kept. Noise Level: Quiet overall. Service: Staff at Hotel Argento were excellent—friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to resolve booking issues. Definitely 10/10 for customer service. Amenities: All amenities (pool, bar, breakfast, etc.) were at Argento. Quadro had a pool but its not as nice as Argento in addition Quadro felt more like an annex than a full hotel experience.
房间很大很干净,有一个很小的阳台,给我们的楼层在顶楼,走出去有一个小游泳池,也可以在旁边晒太阳,总体来说很满意
说说服务和设施哪里不好吧。
设施:
1. 我给爸妈订的是海景房,携程上房价最贵那个,前台安排的是115房间。可是房门一直打不开,让前台来解决,他用员工卡也打不开。弄了很久都搞不定,只能安排我爸妈住城景房205房间。
2. 空调在白天不能制冷只能吹风,要到下午2点后才可以制冷。房间里热的要命,问题是到了2点还不能制冷,前台说可能要再等10分钟,她也不太清楚为何2点到了还不制冷。
服务:
1. 海景房115无法打开房门,前台安排在城景房205,但却说两个房型价格一致,不愿意退差价,后来反应到携程,携程4个晚上退给315人民币,我感觉退少了,但总比没有好。
2.房间里的咖啡机一开始不知道怎么用,打电话给前台,大概过了20分钟,一个打扫房间的小姐姐临下班前过来操作了一下。时间间隔的有点久。
总体而言,我并不推荐这家酒店。说是在温德姆集团下的,但明显在坑消费者,发现问题不愿面对,而是消极应对。
前台服务非常棒,酒店晚上的安保系统也很好。房间很棒。洗手间也很棒。
位置便利,离巴士站很近。房间干净整洁。唯一的缺点是晚上有点吵。
因为是临时换的酒店,评论不多,所以预订前还有点担心,但看评论都很好就订了。房间是新装修的,非常干净,设计感也很好,位置也很棒,方便乘坐公交车,周围有很多餐馆,去超市和附近的景点都很方便 :)。酒店还让我提早办理了入住 :)。唯一的缺点是卫生间排气扇的声音有点大,但总体来说性价比很高,可能是因为淡季吧 :)
酒店地理位置优越,全新且一尘不染,房间也很宽敞。但酒吧和餐厅都还没营业,所以你得穿过马路去Argento酒店(它和Quadro酒店是同一连锁的)才能用餐……

非常漂亮且现代化的酒店。我们没有什么可抱怨的。早餐在对面供应,非常丰盛。我们下次还会再来这里。位置非常好,位于市中心,距离公交车站一分钟路程。
