I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was meticulously clean (it is also brand new). They had nice large swim towels for the pool, I used the guest laundry while I was there and it the breakfast was really good. It’s about 5 minutes from the Ark Encounter and the Mexican grill in front of the hotel had delicious food. I also recommends Beans cafe. I would happily stay here again!

the room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Having the fridge and microwave there was great after a long drive. Staff were very helpful and extra kind to a senior- senior. walk-in shower was great. Will stay again when visiting the family

We were there for a two night stay. The room was spacious and well lit. The bathroom had a very nice, well lit mirror. While there the TV did not work (which they told us at check in), nor did one of the elevators. Our room had an unpleasant odor upon entering. The carpet had not been vacuumed. There were crumbs, loose change, and a gummy glob on the carpet. The sofa also had a handful of loose change on it. The bed cover had a very bad odor. We asked that it be replaced after the first night, but when we returned that evening, the same bad smelling cover was on the bed. The breakfast area had lots of seating, but the area where the food was at was small, cramped, and disorganized. This caused long lines waiting to enter the food area. The food was good and had a nice variety. We were excited to try this new hotel but left unimpressed.
