One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a minute. Super clean, comfortable bed, great staff, and modern. 5 stars would recommend.

Very comfortable and clean. The staff is great. The food is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay, and it was less than a 10 minute Uber ride over to the airport.

Nice, comfortable clean place. However, the lady at the reception during check in was not very customer oriented. Told us there wasn’t availability for a king bed room and just said “if you don’t want another room, then cancel your reservation” Really? On check in night? Plus it was about 1am.

Clean room and friendly staff. On the day that I had to check out their wasn’t a trolly or baggage cart available since they only have 3. Other guest and myself had to make multiple trips to bring our luggage down. This was very inconvenient but the rest of my stay was relaxing and ok.

我们入住的第一天很顺利。第二天想再续订一晚，但那位服务人员根本没想帮忙。她说找不到我们的预订，我告诉她预订肯定在他们系统里，但她态度很差地一直说没有。所以我只好重新预订了一天。我又问她确定我不在系统里吗？前一天他们明明办好了的，她还是说没有。她分明知道是怎么回事。于是我重新预订好房间后告诉她，看，现在办好了。她才说哦我找到了。没有道歉，什么都没有。就在我刚重新订完房之后。对她的服务非常失望，可惜我没记住她的名字。

凌晨2:30到3:30之间，隔壁房间发生争吵，并蔓延到走廊。酒店没有保安，有点吓人。
此外，酒店没有每日清洁服务。我们发现房间没有打扫，也没有提供咖啡后，被告知清洁服务是每三天一次。而我们入住期间，房间从未被打扫过。
前台工作人员非常友善。
我十几岁的女儿和她的朋友抵达我预订的酒店，却因为她们未满21岁而被拒之门外！我之前从未被告知这家酒店只接待成年人。坎布里亚酒店没有提供任何帮助，没有引导她们找到附近其他住宿，避免她们遭受不必要的麻烦和困扰，这让我非常失望。她们来这里是为了去环球影城，酒店理应主动帮助她们找到其他住处。我以后绝对不会再预订坎布里亚酒店了。另外，酒店应该在预订时提醒客人或询问出生日期。
