Staff was friendly but always had to find them as they were never at desk. Elevator was broken. Thankfully we were on bottom floor per request. No ice buckets at all and when asked they didn't have any. Had to use bags to put ice in. Room was close to the side to outside and to stairs, heard it like a revolving door all night. Bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a full fridge.

Bedding wasn’t clean food stuck to carpets bathroom wasn’t cleaned trash bags where just left by the door by previous guest smoking on a nonsmoking floor will NOT be staying here

Thank God it was only one short night for a few hours of sleep.
1) The elevator was out of order. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Can you say many trips up and down the stairs?
2) Our non-smoking room stunk like old smoke and mildew. That was pleasant...NOT!
3) The carpet was filthy and must have been 37 years old.
4) Finally, the most horrible part was that the shower did not work. The tub would run but not the shower. I needed to be clean for a meeting and basically gave myself a sponge bath. That turned my morning upside down as it added and extra 20 minutes to getting ready that I had no idea I would have to build in to getting ready.
Do not stay here. Sleeping in my truck at a rest stop would have been equivalent to this waste of hard earned money.

Had a hole in the wall and the water was luke warm for the shower.

TV ISSUE
Only issue we had was the TV kept having a WIFI screen to log in on appearing quite often that I had to exit out of a lot which was a such a nucense.

A/C unit wasn't working correctly but we were told it was fine , we checked out for the day and came back that night and got a different room that was the exact same setup but way nicer

The worth experience every it was so dirty after 2 hours i left before i good sick me my wife lost my money
