We arrived with a paid confirmation from ******* at 11:00 pm. The management said they could not find my payment in their system. I gave them my confirmation and itinerary number showing paid by credit card. We had to leave and find alternative lodging in another hotel. Also the atmosphere was very suspect.

This is a very old place badly needing renovation with filthy bedsheets, a very tight bathroom and poorly trained staff. Terrible
