I reserved 10 single rooms for my team, but when we got there the front desk told me they didn’t have enough rooms for me. Instead they had me rebooked 5 single rooms and 5 double rooms and charged me at a higher price. Moreover, we found mold, cockroach, stains in the room.

The staff was awesome!! Very friendly. My main complaint is there are no coffee pots in the room. They make coffee in the lobby at 6, we are very early risers (4) and no coffee. :( we got a single queen bed very tiny room, which for us was not a big deal as we were going straight to bed. It was clean that is the main thing. Bed was comfortable. Elevator was still broke, but we were on gound floor as I have COPD and not able to climb stairs.

Terrible experience.. booked for one night passing through and the room they gave me was disgusting. I went to the front desk to ask for a different room to be met with attitude and told what do you want me to do, I don’t clean the rooms. I was finally moved to a different room but it still wasn’t clean but not as gross as the first. I just slept on top of the blankets fully clothed.

This is the dirtiest motel I have ever booked. Soiled sheets, brown crusty stains on the bedspread, filthy worn carpet, delaminating furniture, bed skirts that appear to have been urinated on by dogs, bathroom wall and door damaged by dogs (badly scratched). The lobby, halls and room stank. The pool was green and unuseable. The elevator was inoperable. A homeless woman was in the lobby and refused to leave. I prepaid for 2 nights. I did not stay the 2nd night. I cannot believe that anyone would give this property a decent rating

The carpet was filthy; I took a good shower at night, did not leave the room, and when I hopped back in for a quick morning rinse, I could see all the carpet-dirt wash from my feet. It was really gross. Also the WiFi didn’t work and the staff was unhelpful.

Pool was green, carpet in room was gross, smell of smoke throughout was excessive and outside riffraff reminded me of a homeless shelter. Stay away!!

I really did not feel comfortable in this hotel. The room was not very clean and the condition of the carpet and walls was in desperate need of replace and repair.

我们被收取了两次住宿费。一次是由代理********** (*******)提前收取的，另一次是酒店在入住时直接收取的，因为他们告诉我们他们没有记录预订已付款。现在我们必须要求退还其中一笔费用。
不推荐家庭入住。虽然只住了一晚，但体验并不愉快。房间地毯状况不佳，散发着霉味。卧室和浴室的门因为缺油，开关时发出吱吱声。
