The door lock was broken so i could not leave my room as the door would not lock after leaving. The bolt locked while i was int the room but i could not leave.
It smelled musty and like urine.
The credit card reader was not working when i got there so i said i would pay in the morning. i got a call at 11:30 pm saying the cc reader was now working.
the next morning i decided to not come back for the 2nd night i had reserved. the girl at front desk said i had to request my refund for the 2nd night through *******. i called ******* and they said i have to get my refund from the motel. i called the motel back and she said she will get with management. no receipt was given to me from the motel. nothing. Thanks but no thanks. i will never use ******* again and i will be posting this terrible experience on 3 social media platforms.

Many things in the room didn’t operate: light switches, T.v. Remote control, landline phone and no ‘privacy please’ door card. The smell of curry is overwhelming most times.

No one was at the desk had to call a number to get some help remote did not work no one to talk to no iron ironing board in room have to wait for someone to come to work to get one😡

我真的很喜欢这次入住体验。服务很好,房间干净整洁,而且非常安静。酒店位置也很棒,所以总的来说一切都很完美。
淋浴间和洗手池里到处都是头发,浴室看起来也不干净。
走廊里弥漫着一股浓重的香料味,一直蔓延到房间。前台工作人员不太热情。
床和枕头都还不错。
没有洗发水!
