No elevator
I had asked for an accessible room since I have disabilities that make walking very difficult. Instead, I was given a room on the second floor with no elevator and had to leave my suitcase in the car because it weighed 35 lbs and I could not carry it up the stairs.

My stay at quality inn is always good I'm never disappointed the staff is very friendly and helpful even when I locked myself out of my room they helped me out no questions asked.
I would recommend anybody staying in Redford to stay at this quality inn.
