We requested a room change due to the extremely large air handler 5 feet from the window. Front desk said we could not change because we booked through third party (travelocity).
The carpet was very dirty, the bath had large gaps in tile.

Checking in was not pleasant as check in time is 3:00 pm and when I go there to check in the room was not ready until an hour 1/2 later. Other than that everything else was good.

Soiled linens, creaky bed and unsupportive staff.
Unfortunately, when we arrived, it was in the evening and when we opened the fold out bed that night, we discovered that there was soiled linen, with a dirty bloody napkin on it, and we had to ask the staff to come up and replace the linen. The staff was not very helpful and I had to ask them to actually come into the room to replace the linen. They were more concerned with being on their phones, than helping guests. Also, the guest bed closest to the window was broken and uncomfortable. It squeaked and made noise the entire trip. I’ve stayed at several home 2 suites in the past
I never experience these types of issues. It was disappointing to say the least.
The hotel was in a positive note in a very convenient location with shopping food and a movie theater within steps, convenient to many other sites and things to do!
