The desk clerk, Neismus (my memory and spelling of his name is inaccurate) has been the most approachable young customer relations person we have witnessed in several years. He was welcoming, informative and knowledgeable. In his presentation, he exceled in speaking good of the hotel and the Drury Corporation. The following morning, I had the pleasure to run into his at the breakfast ane he was eagerly assisting guests and keeping food available with the other staff. Again, very compassionate young man. We have since recommended this hotel just since leaving there Sunday. Thanks to this young determined young man-you have an asset within your organization.
