Room was filthy and smelled terrible. Shower, shower curtain and floor were moldy. Toilet was dirty. There were dirty footprints from the door to the bathroom. There was something splattered on the floor by the nightstand and something spattered on the wall. Sheets had greasy stains and dirt spots. Asked if they had another room and the front desk clerk was too busy having a conversation on her cell phone to do much other than tell me to contact *******.

I didn't stay at that hotel because it stank of cigarettes and was filthy. It seems they rent to workers and clean it once a week. Dust everywhere. I need a refund.

This was the worse experience in my life, After driving from Mississippi, with my family we arrived at the hotel at 10:50 pm 12/26/2024 , We was told we couldn't check in until shift change even though we paid online and she (Light skin, Curly short hair, petite,) was beyond rude and proceeded to write a note to post on the front door which from my 8+ years of management experience tells me she was directed to do so by a higher power. After shift change a Wonderful, Helpful, hard worker i think his name was Keytavious if im wrong my apologies nonetheless doing the best he could to help me and my family, he informed us the only rooms available was one without heat in late december in 36 degree wheather , or one without a tv while i have a 2 year old, This is thee WORSE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE, This business will never be successful and both manager and employee needs to be fired, Except Keytavious or Dontayvious He deserves a raise or promotion.(CHECK THE CAMERA FROM 10:50 pm on 12/26/2024 a day after Christmas to 11:45 pm).

房间老旧，维护不佳，房间里没有微波炉和冰箱，泳池既不开放也不干净，房间虽然没有异味，但也不干净，浴缸和马桶也不够干净，角落里有很多蜘蛛网。房费包含早餐，但他们只提供咖啡和麦片，味道很差。

This motel needs an upgrade.
