The dryer was running all night keeping us awake. We heard every late night guest check in. Staff was very nice at check out and in.

酒店回复: We are sorry to hear of this experience and yes the handicap rooms are located on each end of the hallway. During your night of stay the only one available was by the front desk area. Staff was unable to change room to a different type either due to the significant rate difference.

The receptionist offered us a room on the 1st floor instead of 2nd floor which we were happy to have.

Greeted warmly by staff upon checkin. Room was decent but desperately needs a refresh. The room was super stuffy and the a/c sounded like it was on its last leg. I woke up sweating and the bed was not very comfortable so we didn’t get a good nights rest before hitting the road again.

The only reason I gave two stars was because the staff was very helpful and friendly. Otherwise, the place was disgusting! We arrived into our room and there was a large pee stain on the sheets. I asked to be moved to another room but because it was a Saturday night they were completely booked somehow. They offered to change the sheets so after hours of driving and already paying $100 that I would have lost-I agreed. They should just change the name

The room was not clean or well maintained. Bathroom sink top was dirty, dark smear in toilet bowl. Walls were soiled, paint chipping.
Sheets were scratchy, pillows were very small like throw pillows. Mattress was uncomfortable. Bathroom mirror, lamps and clothes rack were all corroded.
This place needs to be completely renovated!!

Beds were hard I woke up with so many pains you can see the outside coming in around every piece of the door the ac was not getting very cold we had to wait fifteen minutes to check in then listen to the front desk woman complaining that she hasn’t sat in forever

酒店回复: We are sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your visit. We have cameras that monitor everything with time stamp and audio. Staff started checking your reservation in and within 5 minutes later it was finished with the check-in process and would have went quicker, but staff had to update the amount of people staying with this reservation as it was only originally booked for 1 person, but then 3 showed up. Staff even helped out by listing the 3rd as a child and not as an adult to help waive the additional fee for the 3rd person.
