Staff was very courteous, housekeeping needs to do a better job cleaning rooms and rooms should be checked by supervisor once done, property could have some fix ups in room

The first room water in floor , second room not enough towel and room was not cleaned and had to get some more towels

One thing it was a smoking room and I asked for non smoking, the tv didn't work also the heater never got warmer. The morning staff was very apologized and tried to fix the tv.

The property was safe and secure. Check out wasn't until 11 but breakfast was only 5 to 8am. Ended way too early.

The room was not the best not was it the worse I've been in.
Breakfast the lady ran out of some items. ie..meat and biscuits said she was not putting out anymore meat (there was an hour left for breakfast. She only had biscuits.

This property needs alot of work & major upgrades. Lets start with all the crickets coming thru the cracks of the doors & the big crack in the bathroom wall. The tub was rusty & peeling. I asked for another room & got alot of push back intill i convinced them to come see all the critters running around our room. My stay was terrible. They finally gave us another room on the 2nd floor which wasnt any better but less crickets so we stayed because it wasn't a room left in town. I will never stay here again. But 1 thing i can say the employees were nice. Took them a minutes to give me another room. Had to ask for the manager.

The inside lock on the door was removed and the room was not safe. The control knob on the air conditioner was broken. The phone was broken and dirty. No space to hang clothes. Toilet seat was broken.

I think I’m at least could get a voucher
The towels was dingy and there was all kind of bugs in the room. Stink bugs, bettles, flies and spiders.
没有肥皂，没有面巾纸。面巾纸架（空的）和浴帘都生锈了
Gville 经济型旅馆住宿。
房间干净舒适。他们正在翻新房间，所以有一盏灯没有插上电源，墙上的恒温器还没有工作。一点也不困扰我。我在前台遇到的两个人都很友好，乐于助人。我一定会再来这里住的。我从小就在这附近长大，所以这绝对是镇上比较好的地方。
