Hot tub jets didn’t work in the first room they put me in. Breakfast was out of pancakes and i asked the guy to put in more mix and instead he turned the lights out in the breakfast area. Service was not good.

酒店回复: We gave you another room in 10 minutes since you complained about jets not working also for the breakfast we talked to front desk person and he stated you are looking for more pancakes after breakfast hours at 10AM so when we check in guest we informed guest about breakfast hours so keep in mind breakfast will be served only in that time frame 6AM to 9AM no more breakfast will be served after that time so we didn't find any problems in the service since you're demands about pancake unfortunately we can't fulfill after breakfast hours.

Clerk was very helpful letting me check in early. Room was very spacious, bed was really comfortable. Pool and hot tub looked well maintained but unfortunately wasnt able to use it due to my time restraints. Breakfast was pretty normal.

酒店回复: Sorry for the inconvenience but check out time is 11AM if you using your room after 11AM then how should housekeepers know that you are in the room also our housekeepers are always knock the door before entering in the room but as you mentioned you were sleeping so might be you didn't heard knocking.

We stayed nine days me and my two sons on a trip we went last year had no problems this year. I never clean our room never changed our beds. Never gave us towels very dirty. Gonna understand a word. They’re saying the people always were very rude. very loud we brought it up to his attention on the manager he laughed. I will never stay there again

Don’t waste your money!
Room was supposed to be non smoking but reeked of smoke. Burn holes in bed spread. Went to the store and bought room spray to try to get rid of odors. Breakfast was very limited and not always ready in time. Looked more like toy food. No fruit options. Stayed for 5 nights and housekeeping came in once. Took towels & trash. Didn’t restock towels or toilet paper. Didn’t change sheets or even make the bed. I had to go to desk and get room supplies multiple times. Most definitely WONT be back!

Sam has so much hostility towards his guests - it smelled so good in there like dinner time & Sam asked if I would like to try some as he was cooking in back when I checked out today. I felt right at home and his kind words I needed more than he would even know. Definitely a place to stop for a good nights rest and maybe just maybe a taste of goodness that Sam whips up in the back!
I even got a late check out with no issues - what that don't happen often. Loved my stay thank you for all the kindness shown To me all the way from Texas :)

Affordable yes, not very clean. Smells very damp and rooms need a thorough cleaning. Bathroom floor wasn’t properly cleaned before our stay, wet towels picked up excessive amount of dirt and hair off of floor. Shower curtain was moldy and heavily stained. Your location needs to have some training in the housekeeping dept.
