儿童乐园很好，有个小姐姐还能陪玩，早餐很好吃，有一个红烧牛肉牛筋面印象很深刻，炖得很软烂，下次去还会入住本酒店
房间无功无过，酒店设施还可以，泳池有好几个池子连接而成，有浅的适合孩子，有深的，适合大人。还有儿童游乐设施，虽然较小。缺点，离酒吧街远，吃完饭spa完总要打突突车回来，大概3km。早餐还不错，吃两天也就腻了。
明明有空房，不给我升级，这点不满意
房间很大很干净，也很安静。 早餐是JW万豪一样的丰盛。物超所值的酒店！跟国内的万怡酒店不是一个级别！！真心推荐
因为看到是万豪旗下酒店就订了四晚，结果非常失望。
1.服务差。给我们的是走廊尽头的房间，前两晚空调外机很吵，第3天下午提早回酒店，找前台让换房间，结果等了一个多小时，也没有人处理。
2.管理混乱。17:00回房间，房间竟然还没有打扫，看图。
3.经营上没有现代商业意识。国庆节期间竟然把游泳池包给一家当地银行做party，客人无法使用，询问的时候让我们去周边一家在携程上都找不到的两星级酒店去游泳，前台说的时候还理直气壮，觉得是一个很好的解决方案，酒店游泳不就图个便利吗？游完泳一身湿衣服再坐车赶回来？预定的时候没有通知客人游泳池要外包出去不能使用，入住之后客人才发现不能使用，只能说这家酒店的管理方真的是没有现代商业意识。
4.距离闹市区很远。暹粒一定要住在酒吧街附近的闹市区，那边集合了夜市酒店餐馆等。
在没有打扫的酒店房间，等前台处理了将近两个小时也没有给换房间，我们找携程申请退了另外两晚，搬去了市中心一家酒店，体验很好。
建议大家避雷这家。
酒店是万豪系列酒店，卫生和酒店设备都很好。位置位于暹粒居民区附近，避免了酒吧街的喧闹，很适合安静休息。距离吴哥窟也很近，方便出行。

酒店还不错，挺干净的。
空调不太给力，不知道是不是只有我这间房这样，还是酒店普遍都这样。空调里还有一股烧焦的味道。我要求换房间，前台说酒店满了，对此我深表怀疑。
床垫挺软的，但被子太硬太厚了，配上不太冷的空调，感觉很不舒服。
房间里的椅子有一个轮子坏了，坐上去差点摔倒。
浴室大小合适，水流很足。不过没有提供棉签。
酒店每间房只提供两瓶水，对于一家五星级酒店来说，这低于标准了。
餐厅很棒。早餐也很好。餐厅服务人员态度很好。我在这里吃了午餐、晚餐和早餐，这是我这次入住最满意的地方。
综合了所有好的和不好的体验，我还是住了一晚就提前退房了，换了家酒店。这家酒店没有达到我对五星级酒店的期望。
在暹粒的住宿体验非常棒！酒店满足了我们所有的要求！
酒店是很现代的风格，宽敞舒适，每天出去玩的话，是很高性价比的选择。位置不是很贴近吴哥窟，但是打车是很方便
