There was bugs in the hotel room. Also we are in 2025 there should be a smart tv. I killed over 10 bugs during my stays. It’s ridiculous. Besides that everything else was good. It was quiet

When I made the reservation it said they bring some appliances like a microwave and it wasn't true, I didn't have anything. Well it is true if I had a freezer but despite that I had a good time

The only rooms that have a microwave in them are our King rooms and our 2 handicap rooms , however there is a microwave in the breakfast room available 24/7. We do hope you will stay with us again in the future!

The location of the hotel was convenient and the staff at the front desk were polite. However, I was very disappointed with the housekeeping service. The housekeeper was rude, gossiped about guests (including me), and did not clean the room properly. On top of that, the curtains were in poor condition and the bathtub was leaking and poorly maintained. This really affected my overall stay, which could have been much better with proper upkeep and professional service.

Great place!
Clean and comfortable! This is an older hotel, but it is maintained very well. Beds are super comfortable and everything was sparkling clean! My only complaint is that some of the breakfast items were barely warm (the hot water for tea, the eggs, sausages, etc) however there is a microwave in the breakfast area so I used that to heat up the water and food. Good selection of food though!! Will stay here again. Well priced for what you get compared to other hotels in town.

I loved the external room door on the first floor. It’s a niche thing, but there was something very satisfying about parking directly outside my door and walking right in. Property was very clean, staff was great, bed was comfy!
