房屋清丽舒适，服务热情不失分寸。餐厅美食让人难以忘怀。物超所值。
内外都比较新的酒店，在塔什干东北部的一处小路里，旁边都是安静的居民区。距离市中心、主要景点、机场和火车站有些距离，所以基本上都是要靠打车前往。
前台英语沟通没有问题，服务态度也好。内饰也是现代精致的，可惜旅行太累了没有拍照片（所以图文无关，但都是塔什干）。不知为何房间的门没法上锁，好像是锁孔的位置不对。早餐还行，但种类略显不多，值得一提的是早餐厅的装修还是相当精致的。
在塔什干住宿的性价比之选吧。
很不错的酒店，在本地居民区附近，所以要了解当地市民的真实生活，选择这个酒店会有惊喜。当然去城里搭乘地铁会有点远，距离地铁站不算近。
酒店前台与餐厅服务都很棒。
房间淋浴房没有浴帘遮挡，洗浴的水容易飞溅到外面，造成浴室地面湿滑，会有些安全隐患。
房间空调声音巨响，不知道是什么原因，很影响睡眠。这是一个很遗憾的点。

一切都很棒，我非常喜欢。连按摩都非常棒，我和朋友们玩得很开心。
我晚上8点左右入住，受到了一位夜班工作人员的接待（我没问他的名字）。我问早上是否可以买到SIM卡，他说可以免费提供一张，只需要明天早上9点充值，他的同事会办理。但第二天一早，我等到9点半，却没有人知道这件事。我还申请了延迟退房，他说只能延长到下午1点，否则需要额外支付50%的费用。我同意了，因为我的航班是晚上10点半。但早上我去办理延迟退房费用时，又没有人知道怎么办理，他们只说会和经理核实。我因为航班需要在塔什干过夜中转，只住了一晚，但这里的团队让我的住宿非常不愉快和不舒服。还有，我有个朋友来探望我，只待了1小时，但酒店不允许，又是那位夜班工作人员，拦住我朋友说他只能在我房间待3分钟，如果超过3分钟，他会打电话到我房间甚至派人上来。他说这是酒店规定。天啊。他的回复和做法非常不专业、粗鲁，而且态度非常凶悍，好像我是个罪犯一样。直到我投诉并几次要求见经理，他才同意让我朋友待1小时，并且需要支付游客费。
服务很差，团队不专业，我再也不会来这家酒店了！
酒店很新，漂亮，干净，住着也很舒适。房间里设施一应俱全。不过，有个小缺点，因为我住过好几个房间，发现其中有些房间淋浴下水不太好，还会闻到下水道的味道……但要特别感谢工作人员，他们非常礼貌友好。我一定会再来的！
check out的时候记得拿小白条 说是海关可能会需问需要给 卫生间很大 很干净 床的硬度刚刚好
我觉得还是很适合商务出差的 前台服务也非常好
我喜欢的洒店类型，专业，时尚，讲品位。早餐很棒，最主要是每个人都热心帮助别人，耐心解答你提出任何问题。对华人很友善。赞扬👍
