The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers hotel pickups. Both the pickup and check-in processes were smooth and without any delays. I had limited interaction with the staff, so I can’t comment extensively, but my impression was that they were good and welcoming. The rooms were very nice and clean, though they could be improved slightly. There is an elevator, so handling luggage is not an issue. While there is no on-site restaurant, there are many dining options nearby. Reflecting on a previous stay in Mumbai, I think the staff there could learn from this hotel to improve their customer experience. Overall, this hotel is suitable for a short trip, and I recommend it.

Exceptional staff, nothing was too much trouble. Incorrect room initially booked and this was rectified immediately. Room we stayed in was perfect for 1 night clean with ensuite. Free transportation to airport 24/7. Plenty of eating places nearby .

The hotel management asked me regarding my check in. They sent me cab which is free to the airport. I liked the room. It has a very good WiFi facility. Room is including a bed, table, hot water. I asked them an extension cord for my laptop, they gave me and I used it for 2 nights. Thank you so much for the hotel management team ☺️

Prompt check in pleasant and helpful staff. Quite a new hotel location is excellent for the airport and also a lot of places to eat and drink. Room is compact but that's because it sleeps 3 but it's got all you need for a overnight stay. Cheap and cheerful. The bathroom floor was still wet so had just been cleaned but I don't think that the bed sheets were changed did not smell fresh smelt like someone odour!!! my husband did not want to create a fuss so we didn't say anything. Water supplied and a kettle which is handy. We are literally 5 mins from airport apart from the places to eat nothing else to do around here which is ok as we only booked for 1 night as we have an early flight tomorrow.

Rooms space was very small, not enough for a couple carrying baby. Also there is no kitchen inside the hotel,, hence every food items including milk arrangement needs to be done from outside. They provided two 600 ml water bottle which are insufficient. For further bottles they are charging extra. Overall below average hotel 🏨

Rooms are small. Except that everything is neat and clean. The hotel is just 500 meters away from the airport and they provided a free cab facility to the airport at 5:30 in the morning.
