This Holiday Inn Express was a new facility. It was immaculate, the staff were friendly, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. We will be staying here again!

Excellent hotel
This was the cleanest, most well maintained hotel we have stayed in in quite some time. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

Out of the 5 days we stayed room service only came to room one time. Air condition was not working on the fourth floor only in the rooms not in the hallway. Shower door would not close all the way. Big stain on floor in room. There was a note posted everywhere stating fire watch in place fire protection system out of service, if you observe smoke or signs of fire call 911 and get out of building.

Our room was not clean. The window on the inside was filthy. One day they didn’t bother to clean and I had to go get supplies at the desk.

Long trip, restful sleep
It was a quick and comfortable stay in a long journey. We were grateful for the extra comfy beds and restful sleep for the return journey home.

我对这家酒店的一切都非常满意，除了一个问题，我已经向前台员工反映了：主入口附近有一个室外垃圾桶，垃圾满了溢到地上，而且上面烟灰缸在我入住的3晚里也从未清理过。我得到的答复是，老板不会雇佣一个“勤杂工”来处理这些和其他职责，也没有其他人被指派做这些事。这令人无法接受。必须立即采取措施解决这个问题。
我们抵达时受到了热烈的欢迎。房间很干净，床很舒服。早餐也不错。非常适合过夜的地址。
