Nice location, property was very neat and clean and modern. All staff was very good and humble. Room was very neat and clean and well maintained. Our stay was very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Pathetic Experience -When I reached a parking was vacant in the front and I wanted to park there. The guard was stubborn to not let me park there. And made me park in a filthy place in the backside. When I came back, another car was given the space to park in the front where I was denied parking. Absolutely disgusting treatment, when raised a hue and cry, I was given a parking in the front. That too after altercations and a fight against such discrimination. Horrible experience. - Got to know during check-in that kitchen is closed for renovation and one had to order from Swiggy/Zomato. I would NEVER hav stayed had I known these things before. One of the most expensive hotels in Chitradurga lacking in such basic amenity! Never coming back here

Air conditioning is good. Cleanliness of rooms need improvement. Found dust at corners. Cleanliness of bed and bedsheet were good.
Washrooms floor needs better maintainance and hard water will spoil your hair.
There are lot of unnecessary lighting in room but bed lamp is missing.
Restaurant - breakfast quality is good at 4th floor open restaurant but hygiene needs to be improved. Staff needs good training to handle customers.
Most of them dont know kannada which is disappointing.
