An incredibly beautiful lobby with a snack stand and coffee table. Was meant by nothing but smiles at the front desk. Always love a quick friendly check in. The room was super cleaned and well equipped with all modern appliances. Would recommend this to any traveler.

If you’re young and able this is a 4/5 motel. If you’re elderly and or handicap it’s a 1/5 motel. Room 216 is a handicap room. It has a great layout with a separate bedroom that has its own TV. The room has a hideabed couch and a recliner chair. The bathroom did not have an ADA toilet. The shower floor is higher than the bathroom floor and leaked all over the floor. It requires laying down two bath towels as you shower then another bath towel to dry the floor. The floor tile was polished making the floor verry slippery. This handicap bathroom is unsafe. (I think all bathrooms have this same unsafe polished floor). The recliner requires the strength of a very strong person to operate. No response from Nightcapmanagement.

Though i had booked a Suite with one bedroom, while checking in i was given a Suite with studio.

Then after the letting the front desk know about it. It took almost 2 hours to get my room changed.

We stayed one night for a weekend getaway. We got two rooms. One of the rooms had a leak with mold on the wall. After telling the front desk twice, they told us they would let maintenance know. After checking out we got an additional $250 charge. When questioned they said that this is an energy surcharge. They have refused to refund the charge, so we had to dispute it with the credit card company.

Very good but could be better

Really comfortable beds, excellent service at check-in. But the room’s kitchen was not well equipped for cooking. Great new pots, but only 2 sets of utensils and dishes; no dish towel, sponge, or soap. 4 sheets of paper towel. Just not set up for a family meal. The room was also surprisingly unsoundproof. And housekeeping kept opening the room’s door in the morning despite the Do Not Disturb sign. All in all good, but could be better.

This would be a good option if you are going to the amusement park that is across the street, however as a quick one day stay while traveling I would say it’s not worth it. The elevator constantly smelled of cigarettes. The rooms were out dated. The waterpark was pretty small more suited for small children. And I think they should have had towels available in the waterpark area instead of having to get them from the front desk. The water pressure in the shower in the room was very low.

The hotel wascawesome, the room was awesome. What i didnt like was they had a large amount of customers there for boys baseball games. The parents of these children had a lack of respect for the facility and other people staying there. They allowed there boys to wear their mud clogged cleats inside the hotel and track mud and dirt everywhere. The hotel workers tried their best to keep it cleaned up but it was really impossible without the parents help. Wish they would have made the boys remove their cleats before entering the main lobby.

The rooms were among the most spacious regular suites I have ever stayed in. Beautiful, modern decor and comfortable beds. A great place to stay. Friendly desk staff, too!
