酒店很新,各项设施都挺好的,工作人员很热情,早餐很丰盛,离着古晋标志很近,沿着河道走可以看到很美丽的风景
房间很舒适,所有必需品都一应俱全。顶楼还有一个漂亮的泳池,视野开阔,景色宜人。酒店地理位置也相当不错,附近有几家当地咖啡馆,提供美味的哥罗面作为早餐。打车去唐人街也很近,大约4-6马币,我们就在那里逛了逛。这次是来参加朋友的婚宴,所以行程比较短暂简单。如果下次再来古晋,我们还会选择住在这里。
这5星连锁酒店的毛巾,严重怀疑有没有清洗
古晋喜来登酒店位于市中心,提供豪华舒适的住宿体验。客房现代宽敞,设施齐全。早餐美味可口,提供多种本地和国际菜肴选择。员工友好周到,酒店地理位置优越,非常适合探索古晋的景点。
喜来登酒店一直是我来古晋的首选。它不仅地理位置优越,而且干净整洁,服务一流。附近还有木匠街的照片,那里有古朴的商店,可以买到美食、咖啡和当地特产。
前台工作人员非常出色。第一天入住的房间浴室有点漏水,第二天早上我下楼到前台,纳兹林先生立刻给我换了房间,甚至还带我去看备选房间。非常感谢他在我整个住宿期间提供如此出色和周到的服务,以及他的善意,我一定会再来的。
客房服务也超赞,非常棒的服务,真心感谢。
入住了11天,只有前面4天给打扫了房间,而且没有给补给过备品(拖鞋,洗漱用品),后面的7天就更不用提了,就没有给打扫过房间,水找服务员有时候要也不给,后来找餐饮部陈经理才给送水,地垫从入住就没有给换过,就像没家的孩子似的没人管没人问的
再次入住,酒店舒适、安静、干净。下次来古晋还会选择这里。
一切都还不错,就是停车场地这块——酒店客人停车不免费。停车设施每晚需要收取10马币。这点让我挺失望的,因为我租了车。不然,在这样一家知名的酒店,本会是一次非常棒的住宿体验。
