我们爱这家酒店的一切!!!干净整洁,服务好到难以置信,装修风格也很棒,地理位置也很好。这真是一家顶级的酒店。所有员工都非常友善,细心周到,总是面带微笑。早餐很棒,服务人员也都非常非常友好和体贴。我们住了三晚,没有任何可以抱怨的地方。我很少写评论,但这次我觉得我必须写,因为我们住得非常开心。他们让我们的旅程变得难忘。
我们在巴厘岛坎古丽晶酒店度过了愉快的时光!酒店的房间和设施都令人印象深刻,维护得很好,尤其是浴室和游泳池,品质非常高。无论是客房送餐还是酒店餐厅的食物都很好吃,而且你还能欣赏到美丽的海景和整体优美的风景。强烈推荐!
住过这么多顶级五星及度假酒店,被服务感动的少之又少,应该说见多了好服务,很难被感动到。
但巴厘岛苍古丽晶,是真让我们都感动了[飞吻R]
下午1点多到达酒店前台,先办理入住,此时离可以check
in入住时间还有1个多小时。因为问了前台服务生拿探热针(孩子爸爸常委有点不舒服,想看看是否有发烧),马上引起前台重视,马上拿到探热针不说,各种询问是否要其他帮助,主动提出先给其他已经打扫好的房型我们入住休息(此时已经告知说帮我们免费升级成套房,方便一家3口入住)。3点准时1秒不差通知我们可以到我们的房间,服务员已经在等候。
接送的电瓶车在整个2天的入住时间里,无论想去哪,电话都没打过一次,只要一出门,就好像有车等着接送,马上就可以上车[偷笑R]好像就知道我们什么时候需要用车一样,真是神了。
我们订的2天1晚,平台上正常没有送双人Spa的(应该需要住2晚集以上才有的福利)酒店居然主动赠送了。
第二天我们两大人约了要去上音疗课,要5点才回到酒店(航班是晚上凌晨12点)孩子没地方去,竟然帮我们延迟退房到5点等孩子可以在房间等我们[哭惹R]
白天看到酒店维护人员在很仔细做各种细致维护,擦户外椅子的污渍都一丝不苟,这种用心也是打动人之处!
酒店出门就是苍古很繁华的小店,网红咖啡餐厅一应俱全,非常方便!
从我踏入瑞晶酒店的那一刻起,一切都完美无缺。
无论是地理位置、员工的友善、设施的洁净度,还是美食,都无可挑剔。
我可能会为了再入住瑞晶酒店而重访巴厘岛。
感谢酒店带给我如此美好的回忆。
很少写评论,但丽晶仓古值得我写一次。没有给房间拍照了,酒店主页的图片就是房间真实的样子。我订双卧套房,是两间带有独立客厅和卧室的连通房,空间很大。酒店新开,设施新,迷你吧全免费,有酒,各种饮品,巧克力,牛肉干,欢迎水果和甜品三种。虽然没吃,但酒店配得蛮齐全的。
Beachhouse陪我们度过了在酒店的两天,游泳,喝鸡尾酒,看日落,用餐,整个氛围很闲适,也因此拍到了最美日落。入住两天,碰到的都是白人,他们似乎在世界任何一个海边都是晒太阳,躺着看书,游泳。整个氛围,会让我们也不自觉受到感染,只想躺平享受自然。这种氛围在三亚感受不到,因为大多数酒店都被背着大包小包换不停衣服拍照的拼单名媛占领。说回酒店本身。餐很一般,基础西餐。早餐种类该有的都有,但算不上好吃。当然,味道是个人体验,肯定也有顾客觉得好吃的。酒店的服务,必须点赞。入住办理,管家会加微信。当然,沟通肯定得用英文。去酒店任何地方都有接驳车车接送,反应迅速。我们退房当天,因为要去浮潜,7点就要离开。前一天晚上,管家给我们安排了早餐盒,离开的早上有专人到房间给我们办理退房,并送上早餐盒,服务流程专业,细致。
如若说巴厘岛还有一个地方值得二刷,我觉得是仓古及丽晶。仓古没有旅游团,也没有把旅行过成拍照和p图的美女们,小镇上都是来自世界各地的数字游民和度假游客,冲浪爱好者,有很多的小店,是我喜欢的度假氛围。
房间不错,服务态度很好,酒店也很新,附近好玩,好吃的很多,总之是值得推荐的一家酒店。不过还是要注意蚊虫

酒店比较新房间很舒适配套设施目前有一个健身房和较大总面积泳池,重点是有一段很棒的海岸线近乎专属,冲浪也很方便,很适合躺平的冲浪爱好者。但相应的spa和其余运动设施缺乏(比如应该有个网球场,突出运动主题),一些区域还在建设,好一点儿的餐厅也没有,简单吃吃喝喝还可以,早餐还算丰盛,目前这个整体服务设施性价比有些欠缺。
这次果然拉肚子了断断续续三四天破坏了冲浪热情,酒店酒吧喝鸡尾酒后立刻就难受了,水土不服也正常,酒店比较关照,代买药片还收点儿钱儿。

地理位置绝佳,设施非常新(2024年12月开业),员工非常热情友好。在坎古地区,这绝对是最好的选择之一。由于酒店刚开业不久,各项服务还需要进一步磨合。下次再来坎古,我们还会选择这家酒店。
