Rooms are neatly and good. Everything was fine. It’s new buildings construction. Heater and water facilities are good.

Stay is great. Team is very friendly by guiding all travellers. We booked for 2 and we were 3 while check in and the hotel generously agreed with out any additional charges. Also, they are little flexible for late check outs too.

1.Cupboards are to be installed in the rooms. 2. One table should be there 3. Some taps and switches are to be get repaired 4. ROOMS ARE NEAT AND TIDY KEEP THIS SERVICES IN GOOD CONDITION 👍🏻

I booked my family room for 6 adults and 2 kids they gave me an 4 coat room. Where i had to purchase another room. I tried to book another room but he call customer care an created showed as if rooms filled in that house kind of place only 3 family where staying. No complementary items where there or cupboards in the room. Worst experience

New rooms with better price, just close to rope car entrance at palani. Room wss spacious & neat too. All staff are very supportive. Basic amenities are lept 🤔n room. Will recommended for families.. Thiz hotel will be our preferred hotel at palani.
