No hangers just three hooks on a wall
No inside chain of lock to secure the room
No chairs to sit on
No kleenex
No shower curtain
A person had to come to the room to set up the TV box.

This is not a property I expect from *******. For a parent traveling with a kid - you did not inform that it is an adult hotel. I need you to refund my entire money and more. I had to immediately get out and drive for 3 hrs to find a decent hotel in a decent location. The stress you caused me especially because there were no hotels for over 15 miles.

There was a lamp on the bedside that I couldn't find the switch for. It stayed on all night and affected my rest. The bathroom door handle fell off when I pulled it.
