The staff at the hostel was great...Emily was able to plan a excursion for me that was unbelievable, it covered everything I asked for in the time period that I requested Plus she suggested a few add on at no cost that made everything more comfortable for me...if you can the driver that I had goes by the name Valentine he made sure everything was perfect

This hotel/hostel is the best one in Kigali! The staff are extremely warm and welcoming. The rooms and beds are super comfortable and big. The location is exceptional, right in front of the convention center. The cafe has an excellent variety of espresso styles coffee drinks, beer, smoothies, and cocktails! The food was phenomenal and was made by classically trained chefs. I can't wait to go back to Tugende!

The staff were available 24/7. The included breakfast was the best meal of the day.
The location was terrific for our conference at the International Conf Centre which is easily walkable.
