It was really worst staying here. Sharing rooms were worst with no cleanliness, old type rooms, terrible plus no ventilation. Electricity keeps going and once power goes off it is totally dark inside both room and the washroom. The staff doesn't really care about customer issues. The upper bed stairs have no handle so it makes very risky for the people to whom upper beds are allotted. No proper place for keeping luggage also, handles are broken. I don't understand how come they are charging so much for such pathetic rooms. I also don't understand all good reviews here.

I really dont understand all the good reviews, this place was one of the worst I have ever stayed in my life. First of all the private rooms are really simple, very low quality mattress and pillows, old furniture, no shower box in the bathroom and electricity keeps being disrupted day and night. Second, the pool is not operational, while they keep listing it in every website, which is a scam and they won't return your money. Third, the place is absolutely far away from the beach, in the middle of a noisy road (yes, you'll hear motorbikes honking during the night). Fourth, the staff says "everyone is a manager" there but nobody could open an exception to allow me to be reimbursed for the 3 nights I didn't stay out of the 5, in the end I lost close to 10k rupees. Finally, no social events at all organized in advance, it's just a cheap guesthouse in the middle of a busy dirty road. I think the only positive point was the Wi-Fi worked OK, and although the staff can't really solve things they seem to be nice people.

As far as sharing rooms/ dorms are concerned, my experience was not good at all. The management only focuses on bar area. The sharing rooms are quite small, 6 beds in such a small room they have arranged, no cleanliness, staff doesn't do the cleaning properly. I'm attaching 2 outside actual pictures. Mismanagement also I faced. Moreover, when you get the top bed, it is very risky to get up and down, there is no support so that you could come and go up easily. Even there are no curtains for each bed. Curtains are removed. The down area where bags are supposed to be kept that is also not up to the mark, again lacking maintenance. You can't even lock. A few hanging support clips in the washroom are broken and they are never replaced. All the hostels are only concerned about money, they don't care about maintenance and customer care. I'm really surprised how come so many people have given good reviews. Guys! Please do write honest reviews if you really want to help others. This is the most honest review that I have given here. Good comfortable stay, cooperative staff, games and chill. One of the good places in Goa to stay and work as well. There is Swimming pool as well. Rooms are comfortable and with ac, clean rooms clean beds, soft music playing all the time all the time

Great place! Very comfortable bedding even in the dorms! Great vibes, the staff is super friendly and help you find the best spots! Anupam is truly a fun host!! I met really cool people and had a really comfy stay :) Will definitely be back here whenever I’m in Anjuna!

The best hostel in town so far . Highly recommended hostel I goa right now . This hostel will be really close to my heart as I met lovely people over here. Felt like home . This is mynfixed destination from now on . Keep it up madpackers Goa cheers ....
