I stayed at this resort for two days, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. During the booking process, my interaction with a staff member named Ankita was unpleasant. The communication felt rude and dismissive, which set the tone for the stay. The location is extremely remote, especially for travelers from Mumbai. There are no nearby general stores — you need to drive around 45 minutes for basic essentials. Network connectivity is almost zero, and the Wi-Fi provided is weak. The rooms are small and poorly maintained. For a relatively new property, the upkeep is below expectations. Food quality was very poor. Even simple dishes like Plain Maggi were not prepared properly. Breakfast had limited and tasteless options. The kitchen is not operational after 10 PM, which is inconvenient, especially for families with children. Guests should carry backup food. We were traveling with my father who has knee issues, and despite requesting early check-in on medical grounds, we were initially asked to pay ₹1000 extra. Only after repeated requests were we given one room. Overall, the property is highly overpriced for the quality of service, maintenance, and food offered. The experience did not justify the charges.

Visited Dan Resort to celebrate my parents anniversary. The resort is clean, with all the necessary facilities and amenities. The only con is the food quality but the service staff makes up for it. Shout out for Shubhangi in restaurant for ensuring our meals were delivered on time.

Excellent kid-centric get-away, with a right sized water park. Lovely ambience, exotic food choices and well furnished rooms provide a complete vacation. It's budget friendly too, and within decent driving time from Mumbai. Great show, guys. Keep it up.
