酒店地理位置优越,就在坦佩市场对面。
设施看起来非常干净,维护良好。房间宽敞舒适。
泳池区看起来很漂亮,虽然我们没时间去用。
包含的早餐种类丰富,味道鲜美,不过他们关门的时间比我们告知的略早一些。
总的来说,我对这次住宿非常满意,还会再次入住这家酒店。
329号房间的恒温器坏了。我晚上会把它调到65华氏度(约19摄氏度)。我睡着后会坐下,然后每晚会醒两三次,感觉又热又汗,因为室温会升到70华氏度(约21摄氏度)出头。
房间每隔一天打扫一次。打扫当天只换了干净的毛巾和卫生纸。其他什么都没做!不好。马桶座圈质量不好,坐上去会滑。浴帘需要加长一点才能把水挡在里面。淋浴喷头需要更换!!!
我们那层楼的垃圾被装在大袋子里放在走廊上,一直到退房时间才清理干净,这可不是客人每次进出时都想看到的景象。
电梯似乎需要拖地,可能是因为泳池的关系吧?前台小姐用酒店电话接听私人电话,早餐时还很吵闹。
明亮干净,崭新!墙壁隔音效果不错,我们听不到邻居的声音。露台和泳池区非常漂亮,和图片一样。酒吧工作人员不太友好,而且比规定时间提前一小时关门,这很令人失望。
很棒的酒店和员工
总经理Victor、经理Rob和其他员工都非常棒。他们热情友好,乐于助人,由于航班较早,还让我提前几个小时入住。酒店非常干净,布局合理,泳池和早餐都很棒,地理位置也很棒。
地理位置优越,方便第二天早上 6 点前往机场搭乘航班,这里可做的事情更多,而且比直接住在 PHX 酒店更安全。
地理位置优越,员工和服务都很棒,每天都有早餐,酒店内设有供应午餐和晚餐的很棒的餐厅,附近还有咖啡店。
