酒店回复: Dear Guest,Thank you for staying with us at Embassy Suites by Hilton Dubai Business Bay and for sharing your feedback.We have investigated your concern thoroughly with all concerned, including reviewing our CCTV footage, and we can confirm that our Front Office team was following the hotel’s standard procedures regarding your check-out. They called you in the room at 12 noon – standard checkout time – to inquire if you needed any assistance with the luggage, however, you informed them that you would like to extend. The Front Office team again followed the hotel's standard procedure and policies, all extension requests require the guest’s presence at the front desk to complete the necessary formalities and confirm the updated booking details.In this instance, as there was no response for 1 hour to the team’s repeated calls or communication attempts regarding the extension, they came to your room to meet you, and they knocked twice on the door to verify the room status. While the team was attempting to enter the room, you came to the door, confirming that you were inside. You have also mentioned again that you would like to extend your stay and subsequently, they also informed you that you need to come down to the reception to check if there is any book/availability and follow the extension procedures. Unfortunately, you didn’t come down for another hour. Please note that the team’s actions were strictly in line with hotel procedures intended to ensure guest safety, security and proper room management.Once again, our Security Manager and the Head of Reception came to your room again and calmly explained the check-out procedures. At this point, you began recording the interaction and our team clearly informed you that recording or taking photos/videos of individuals without their consent is not permitted under local law, hence you closed your room door. Eventually, your spouse kindly proceeded to the reception to complete the check-out as per your reservation dates, and as a gesture of goodwill will the hotel didn’t charge you for late checkout.Hope the above clarifies the matter and thank you for your understanding.Best regards,Ziad TantawiCluster General Manager
