酒店回复: We are sorry you did not have hot water for your entire stay. This situation is not normal as we have two large solar water heaters that serves the property. After you brought it to our attention, we turned on electric power to our solar water heaters to boost hot water production and we called our plumber to investigate. The problem was a leak on the hot water line at the water heater that was causing the system to lose pressure and not retain enough hot water. This problem was resolved when the plumber confirmed the issue. Our pool is well maintained and cleaned everyday. Due to it’s location around palm trees at any given time of the day a leaf or two might fall into the water. There is always a pool skimmer next to the pool that guest are welcome to use if they find it necessary. While we try our best to solve problems quickly when they arise, some problems require professional help which has to scheduled. We are sorry for the inconvenience you faced and we hope you will consider staying with us again.
Everything was positive. Absolutely wonderful stay! The place was spotless and comfortable, and the owner was incredibly polite, friendly, and always easy to reach. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, truly a five-star experience from start to finish. Would definitely stay again.

I love the place. Room clean and bed sleep good. The view is wonderful. I enjoy my stay. The pool relaxing. The housekeeper was very nice and help us with check in.

Property is in a safe neighborhood. The amenities are exactly what we require and Mae is an excellent host. She is engaging and considerate and ensures our stay was pleasant.

First of all! Let's talk about how excellent the host was! He was friendly, always there to answer your every call, great conversations all the time with him. He was overall great! The place is clean, quiet and safe! His home was one of the few with a button press to get inside. One click and the gate was open. Didnt have to come out to open the gate. The security for the whole complex was great. They check every car before you can enter. No one that doeent belong on property cannot get pass them. You dont always get great security at air bnb's. The pool at his place was very clean. The property is very clean. Miss may his house keeper stays on property, she greet u with a warm welcoming smile every morning you see her... Oh, i cant forget the terrace on top of the building. Great chill spot. He have outdoor furniture for your comfort. I watch the sunset and sunrise from the terrace. Awesome stay and very reasonable Price. Thank you!

Gated community— excellent if you’re planning a getaway. There is lots of room to accommodate friends if traveling together. The price is reasonable as it relates to service and occupancy being offered by others in the industry. Thank you!

The bathroom in studio 3 is unsafe it's too high and safety Hazzard. I was unfortunate to have a accident inside the bathtub while exiting and fell out onto the toilet. As a result i decided to cut my 2 night booking to 1 and leave right away since it was and the owner refused to do anything about it. I sent a picture of the bursting i notice on my body today with my text below and is reply.
[11-20, 9:57 p.m.] Cam: Please fix the bathroom properly this is the one of the bursting i noticed this morning as a result of my fall inside the bathroom
[11-20, 10:12 p.m.] Cam: I am sorry you had an accident in the bathroom. We have had many guest over the years prior to your arrival with no issues. Nevertheless, we will look into potential issues that could cause accidents in the future.

All our bathrooms are equipped with safety grab bars for use when entering, bathing and exiting the shower areas. Studio 3 bathtub sits 8 inches above ground level. We do not consider it an hazard, as safety bars are installed to remove the potential for fall. In your situation, we understand you used the towel rack as a safety bar which is not capable of holding a persons weight. We have since repaired the towel rack and we apologize for the inconvenience you suffered. We hoped you had brought this to our attention at the time the accident took place in the morning, as we would have been more than happy to move you to another room with a standing shower. As we were informed late in the night about your accident, our house keeper hurried to your attention with medical supplies for which you informed her you were ok, and you had no problem.Due to our reservation policy, our check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. If any guest check-out after 2:00pm it will be treated as another night. In your situation, you checked out at 11:09pm on your second night. This constitutes a full 2 nights stay with us.It is our hope that you are safe and remain safe for the rest of your vacation. And we sincerely hope you will considering staying with us again in the future if the need arise.
