办理入住时，那个女孩不知道自己在做什么，而且预付的房间已经订满了。她提供了一套位于四楼的两居室，没有电视服务，或者一套带无障碍淋浴的房间，但她表示，大多数人不想要那种带无障碍淋浴的房间。我们到房间时发现没有电视遥控器，打电话给前台，她说很抱歉，会拿一个上来。30分钟后仍然没有遥控器。我们又去了前台，是另一位女士，她说很抱歉，她拿了一个，然后去找接电话的女孩，当时她正在洗碗，忘了带遥控器。这是我第一次住这家酒店，也是最后一次了。

Middle of the night unnecessary alarms. Spotty elevator operation. "Restaurant" is a snack bar. Bar is laughable, with untrained staff.

Found hair strewn along the bathroom floor upon walking into the room. Clearly hadn't had basic sweeping or vacuuming done. Front desk lady came to look and said she'd file a "report" and we'd get a call from manager, nobody ever called.

Said she'll try to get housekeeping to come visit but seemed noncommittal about it - so we didn't want to bother with the hassle of coordinating and cleaned it ourselves with pool towels.

Whatever. But then an annoyance beyond all that was the WiFi didn't even work in the bed room area, only by the front door. So had to download stuff to watch while standing by the door and take devices back to beds. Lol.

Other than that it's a great new building and very modern feeling for a basic hotel.

Clean hotel, nicely appointed. But we had the worst people above us that made noise all night. Didnt get any sleep. The staff seemed afraid to do anything about it. Very bad experience. Worst night ive ever had at any hotel.
