This hotel is only in name but the name of the hotel is actually different. There is no proper facility here at all. The room is not as shown and both the main door and the bathroom door are broken and do not lock easily. We have not liked this room at all so far.

这家酒店徒有虚名，招牌和酒店名称不符。这里根本没有任何像样的设施。房间和图片上完全不一样，大门和浴室门都坏了，而且很难锁上。到目前为止，我们对这个房间一点都不满意。

Not satisfied with room amenities as they offered..no hot water all the time, the washroom was dirty,  wash base .. cockroach inside room, totally disappointed service

对房间设施很不满意……热水一直没用，卫生间很脏，洗漱台……房间里还有蟑螂，服务令人非常失望。

Umesh Kumar has been cleaning my Room and keeping It nice and tidy.I am really happy with his work.Hope to come to Delhi again and stay in bloom room. It was really a nice experience.I would recommend the service to others as well.
