Around 30 of our batchmates and their families from our class stayed for three nights during our reunion, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The staff provided impeccable service marked by courtesy, warmth, and consistent attentiveness. Every request—big or small—was handled promptly, which made our large group feel genuinely cared for throughout the stay. The rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities that ensured a comfortable stay for families of all sizes. Housekeeping maintained high standards, and the overall ambience was quiet and relaxing despite the scale of our group. The in-house multi-cuisine restaurant exceeded expectations with a wide range of well-prepared dishes. Whether it was Asian, vegetarian, or continental fare, the food was flavorful, fresh, and suited to the diverse preferences within our group. Meal service was smooth and well-coordinated, even during peak hours when many of us dined together. The hotel’s central location was another major advantage. Its proximity to Baidyanath Temple, Tower Chowk, and the railway station made it extremely convenient for our planned visits and activities. For a group juggling multiple events and a pilgrimage schedule, this accessibility added great value. The hotel also managed our transportation needs with remarkable efficiency. Airport and station transfers were arranged seamlessly, and even last-minute travel adjustments were handled without any inconvenience to us. Overall, it was a memorable and hassle-free stay that contributed greatly to the success of our reunion. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodation, good food, and a prime location makes this hotel an excellent choice for group gatherings and family stays.

The hotel location is excellent. Excellent Stay very comfortable and it’s Home away Home. Food and service was awesome We didn’t expected such a great experience , Has a wonderful stay with Hotel Imperial heights. The service desk did an excellent job. Special mention to front desk staff who did exceptionally well in managing our tantrums. All is good. In front of Baidyanath Railway Junction, Deoghar. Walking distance form tower chowk. We were in Deoghar to visit Baidhyanath Dham and were booked in Imperial Heights on the suggestion of a friend. The room was not ready when we arrived around 11.30, but Bhagyashree at the front desk made sure that we got a room within 5 minutes. She upgraded us to a suite on the sixth floor, which had a sitting area, a bed room and two bathrooms. The room was very comfortable with very efficient and helpful hotel staff who attended to the smallest request within minutes. A suggestion would be to remove the carpets from the rooms as people like me have allergies. The hotel is close to the temple and clock tower and was very convenient. We had 3 meals including breakfast at the restaurant on the 1st floor (I think, Twilight). The food was excellent and the service was equally good. There were quite a few options on the menu and the staff ensured that you got fresh puris, parathas and omelettes. We had an amazing stay.

I had visited the hotel with my Friend Mr Ramendra Kumar on 14 June check in and 15 June check out. Nice dinner, breakfast and lunch prepared by Saif Mr.Nilesh foods are too much delicious and room was very nice. All staffs are coordinating very well. Special thanks to Mr.Raju Chaudhary, Mr.Nilesh for good taking care in Darshan for also arranging Cab for Vashukinath visit. Overall good experience.
