Everyone is so kind, friendly, and helpful, especially Molly! I never have any complaints. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is close to everything in this small town. It’s the perfect place to stay in Syracuse!

One night stop starting a vacation. Plesantly surprised by the quietness during our sleep-its located next to busy highway!
Very clean, comfortable and we rested well. Close to small town for very good dinner at Black Bison Pub...delicious food and great location

Our room was a little small but very clean and comfortable. I loved the large shower with easy in and out edge and seating. The breakfast didn’t offer a lot of options but was okay. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Stay in a different hotel in another town
The highlight was checking in and the first room smelled of **** with a rubber glove and a pill on the nightstand. Second room they gave us you had to twist the handle, do a little dance and then turn the knob down to get in. Sheets felt like they still had detergent on them same as the towels. Definitely an over priced stay.
