I booked this resort well in advance after reading the reviews online. It is situated in a wonderful and tranquil location. The cottages are spacious and the property is well maintained. The staff is courteous and are always at your service. There is a well maintained garden outside the cottages and is full of roses. It also has a tree house which seemed to be an exciting room to stay. The food is just like the regular food you make at home...less spicy and tasty. There is a good restaurant inside the resort which serves Baskin Robbins ice-cream and various mock tails. You can either eat your meals at the restaurant or in your room as the room service is excellent. There's this staff named Subole who is always ready to help you with anything and everything you want. He has an ever smiling face and a very charming nature. The thing that needs special mention is the khejur rosh that was served to us one early morning during our stay. I would have given this resort a five star ... settling for a 4 star instead...this is because it has a lovely pond but it is not maintained. I found it a little dirty and felt sad about that one thing. Overall...a five star stay...

We have visited this place on 19th Jan 2019, we have booked 5 Deluxe cotage room for 17 people . There are some positive and few negative things . First some positive things 1. They have a very nicely maintained lawn , lots of roses around the lawn makes magnificent. 2. Rooms are quite big . 3. one well decorated restro. 4. Staff are well behaved and helpful. Now few negative 1. Room are big but not well maintained specially wall, washroom was quite small. 2. No proper reception was there , all the check in formalities were made on lawn. 3. Complementary breakfast was pathetic. Otherwise resort was nice compare with other hotels at Murshidabad.

The property, promoted as a resort, is NOT AT ALL A RESORT. It is a guest house with seven rooms and a small lawn. It is run by father and son, who is never seen in the premise and the guests are left at the mercy of the 2-3 employees. There is no reception, no phone to call for room service, and no food is available as per menu card. You will get tea, breakfast, or other meals as per the mood of the employees. If they want to sleep late, there will be no morning tea for you.

My husband booked this resort during his stay for two days. But due to disgusting facilities he had to cancel the second day booking and he shifted to hotel fame. He booked a ac deluxe double room. The ac was a window ac without any remote. The attendant told him that he did not require any remote as the ac is adjusted to room temperature. But the ac was actually faulty and didn't work in the night. Food was mediocre with lots of oil in it. There was no intercom in the room and everytime he had to go out to call them. The property was very far from Berhampore court railway station. The photographs of the room are much better. In reality the room was not like that and quite smaller. Service was very poor.

the place was a disappointment, but the staff and the owner were too good. I cannot give a review as i dont want to bias people about the place. Maybe it will be amazing for others, but for me it was a bit of disappointment.

Had a very pleasant stay at the resort. This is near the historical city of Murshidabad with the famed Hazarduari palace and other attractions of the erstwhile Nawabs of Bengal. The resort is a tranquil place with parking and beautiful gardens with flowers and a fountain. The rooms are basic but clean and spacious. They could be spruced up somewhat. But the service is excellent and they honour any requests. Utpal who looked after us was very efficient and helpful. He also gave us directions to all the places we visited. The restaurant and food were good. The price was very reasonable and at that price we would recommend it highly

A guide was sent from the hotel on a certain point to find the hotel. Excellent behavior from the owner, manager, staffs etc. Excellent food on reasonable prices. A village atmosphere. My spouse has slip disc, on request they provide additional bed with hard mattress without extra charges. It's a 10/10 experience. Must book for a comfortable safe & homily stay.

The property is huge and kind of maintained. However we booked the tree house and had a lot of expectations. Perhaps it failed to meet it. The tree house was extremely dusty and needs major repair work.
