Dès votre arrivée, vous avez exprimé de manière virulente votre mécontentement en affirmant que le buffet était inclus dans l'offre sélectionnée. Cependant, comme cela vous a été démontré, ce n'était pas le cas. Nous regrettons que cette situation ait créé une confusion dès le début de votre séjour. Nous avons également pris note de vos remarques concernant le restaurant et le service. Bien que nous regrettions que votre expérience n’ait pas été optimale, il semble que la situation décrite ne reflète pas exactement ce qui s'est réellement passé. Cela étant dit, nous restons attentifs à vos commentaires pour améliorer nos services. Nous devons également souligner que certains comportements de votre groupe ont été particulièrement préoccupants. Vous avez injurié une de nos collaboratrices enceinte devant plusieurs témoins, et d'autres membres de votre groupe ont physiquement intimidé un membre de notre équipe. Nous ne tolérons aucune forme de violence et de tels agissements sont inacceptables. Malgré ces incidents, nous avons tenu à rendre votre séjour aussi agréable que possible en vous offrant plusieurs gestes commerciaux, y compris des surclassements, des vues privilégiées, ainsi que plus de 8 bons pour des boissons gratuites au bar. Concernant les départs tardifs, comme précisé lors de la réservation et rappelé à votre arrivée, ces demandes sont toujours sous réserve de disponibilité et ne peuvent jamais être confirmées à l'avance. Cela dépend de l’activité de notre établissement, une règle commune à l'ensemble des hôtels. En ce qui concerne votre demande de remboursement pour le buffet, celui-ci ayant été consommé, nous ne pourrons malheureusement pas y donner suite. Our international tour group of 17 stayed here for 3 delightful nights. The welcoming staff and open air lobby offers several seating areas that lead to a large dining area. The dining area offers a buffet set up For evening and events that overlooks the river. The large oool and kiddie pool overlook the river and adjoining a kiddie playground. Adults can be in the pool while the kids safely go on the playground The breakfast buffet is ample services by SHEILA. Nespresso® machine, teas, 2 fruit juices, detox water, and creole chocolate are excellent. The venue offers scrambled eggs or cook to order eggs, pastries, cereals, carton plain and fruit yogurts, breads, jams, and an array of fresh fruit in season. Our rooms are all in villas set apart by green areas which are a Challenge to find after dark. Each villa offers an outdoor patio. The living area offers desk, sofa, and large screen TV with many French channels and English CNN. The kitchenette offers 2 stovetop burners, microwave, refrigerator, sink and cutlery and plates The separate bedroom offers a nice comfortable queen bed with fluffy pillows, another large screen TV, desk, and outlets. The en-suite offers a walk in showers and very soft towels The venue is very secure. We forgot to lock the safe one day that contained our passports, money and credit cards. When we returned, our room was cleaned and all our valuables intact!

Our room was comfortable and good quality shower. We had a view of the lake which is definitely something to ask for if booking. Although there was a function on one of the nights we were there the staff were friendly in dealing with finding us alternatives. We didn’t like the fact that the air conditioning in our room was on when we arrived and was too cold. Also too cold in breakfast room. But that might speak to others. Take mosquito repellent as it is by a lake.
