We had a pleasant family stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the room service was excellent. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout. Although there’s no swimming pool and non-veg food is not available, the vegetarian food was delicious. A jacuzzi is available but chargeable. Overall, a peaceful and hygienic place with great hospitality for families.

We stayed at the property for two days and experienced two different rooms during our stay. I must say, everything from the cleanliness of the rooms and washrooms to the quality of the amenities was excellent. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the surrounding area was peaceful and serene—perfect for a relaxing getaway.
We opted for all meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—and each dish was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The staff at the reception and restaurant were warm, cheerful, and went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay.
As a couple, we truly enjoyed the hospitality and comfort provided. We highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area—it’s a fantastic choice for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Dates of visit - 19.10.2024 till 21.10.2024 Property - Small property with no garden or open dining space. Jungle Suite was of good size with nice big bathroom & Jacuzzi but the exhaust pipe of main kitchen opens next to window, which makes lot of noise and the management was clueless how to solve the issue. Dining space is very limited. Only 12 seats indoor (out of these, 8 are in front of washroom). Outside dining has 30 seats which were not functional). The crockery was found chipped at various occasions. Food - They did not serve buffet for the first day and had only a fixed menu which was quite small and very spicy and oily. They only served buffet when hue and cry was created which was also very small with very limited dishes. Food timings - morning 8.30 to 10.30, afternoon 01.00 PM to 3.00 PM and dinner 8.30 to 10.30 PM. We found that the morning and dinner timings were quite late considering that the trips start early at 09.30 AM and the trips end by 6.00 PM. Staff - Had to undergo lot of arguments with the staff and manager to get less spicy food. Had to wait for 5 hours to speak to manager. Overall rating - Not worth the price they charge. The hotel has no view, open space or garden to stroll. It is much better to go to either Summer House (roof top restaurant) or hotels of MP Tourism (which have lot of open seating space).

Neat and clean rooms. Amenities are also good. Staff also have professional culture. Was given ground floor room with no view. I expected scenic view as per detail in MMT

Well the hotel was really very clean and have very good ambiance..the food quality is average and room service is ok. If you are planning to reach there before 2 pm they usually don’t allow to check in before the time.its very near to booking station for gypsies. Overall a nice experience

The hotel is the best and the location is very nice and peaceful, service is best, price is comfortable but off season, staff behaviour is good, the food and service were also perfect, the room and bathroom are clean
