The stay was fabulous and the service was top-notch . We were taken care of very well by the staffs and had a wonderful stay .Would like to mention Prajokta and Bhumika from Front office and Repbommit and Riya from service . Would like to mention Sawan and Aditya as well for great service

The room was clean and well maintaned. The staff took great care of us and fulfilled all requests. The food was tasty and made hygenic. Though some issue with hot water but the service was great. Like to mention Ricky, James, Nishant and chef Pratik for their great service.

Nice Hotel and Services. Good Place to stay. Very near by to mall road. Weather was pleasant . Hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Location is fantastic. Walking is around 1.6km (took 20-25 minutes slow paced walk) to mall road, heart of evening in Darjeeling. Room was very spacious with a very well planned bathroom. Millon dollar of Mt. Kanchanjunga from the room. Is not possible to name all of them but all staff including front end staff, reception, room service and dinning area that we came in contact were extremely friendly and informative. Check-in was with local customary KHADA. We had some time to kill between check-out time and arrival of our transport, my wife developed nausea and staff immediately extended our check-out. Breakfast always had a local speciality. We truly appreciate the hospitality offered

We stayed in your Presidential Suite from 5th to 8th December 2025, and subsequently extended our stay in a Deluxe Room from 8th to 9th December. This stay was meant to be a special celebration of our wedding anniversary, but the experience was extremely disappointing, distressing and far below the standards advertised for your most premium room category, The Presidential Suite with Balcony (Now named Executive room with Balcony) Major Issues Faced: 1. Severe and Persistent Water Supply & Pressure Problems: Immediately upon arrival, we noticed no water pressure in the taps, when my wife was unable to flush the toilet. Housekeeping temporarily adjusted/fixed the motor, but the issue persisted. Throughout the stay, the water pressure continuously fluctuated between extremely low and very high, and at times water supply stopped entirely, preventing us from flushing, hand washing in the sink, or taking a shower. We were unable to take a proper shower for all three days/nights in our Presidential Suite and repeatedly had to call reception/housekeeping to restore water supply especially every morning. During every shower my wife was panicking hoping that the water will not stop or hot water will not run out. Water used to spill everywhere from the hand shower on to the bathroom floor due to frequent/sudden pressure fluctuations causing a slip hazard. 2. Jacuzzi & Amenities Unusable: We could not use the Jacuzzi because the geyser capacity was too small to fill it with hot water. Based on discussions with your Manager, Ms. Prajotka Tamang, it became clear that the management was aware of hot water issues but obviously has failed to address it. This directly contradicts the advertised amenities included in this Presidential suit and your own slogan " Exceptional value, Exceptional services". Ms. Prajotka offered bucketed hot water as a workaround, which was completely unreasonable and unacceptable for a Presidential Suite costing this amount, and also would have compromised our privacy and comfort. The balcony seating cushions were covered in fungus, making the balcony unusable. Even after complaining, they were only partially cleaned. We paid for facilities and comfort that we never received. 3. Multiple Issues With Cleanliness & Hygiene: A dirty chipped mug was provided in the room (photo submitted to reception). My wife found hair inside a juice jar at breakfast on 6th December. Later the same evening, she found hair inside her roti dough at dinner, after which she was unable to continue her meal. 4. Poor Support & Delayed Service: The room blower we requested did not work for two hours on 1st day and was replaced only after repeated follow-ups, finally arriving around 10:30 PM. Every issue required constant calling and visit by housekeeping, adding to the stress during what was supposed to be a peaceful anniversary stay. Throughout our conversation, Manager Ms. Prajotka Tamang acknowledged the severity of the water issue and inability to resolve it d
