Our second stay at this hotel. Everything was great. Comfortable bed, room was clean.
Breakfast was great and the lady attending the food did a wonderful job!! I didn’t get her name but she is from LaFayette

Stayed at Howard Johnson for a couple of days and wanted to change. Was worth the change!

酒店很新很干净。免费停车，免费早餐。有室内游泳池、健身房和会议室等设施。
我们刚刚去那里庆祝了孩子的生日。房间又好又干净。泳池不错（虽然不是最大的，但挺好的），不过早餐是我在任何酒店吃过最好的。
我去办理入住时，经理告诉我房间已售罄，因为我没有用信用卡担保。我解释说我是通过*******预订的，而且我已经用我的现金支付了房费。经理说他们不和*******合作，并表示他帮不了我，因为房间已经售罄。他没有提出帮我联系附近其他假日酒店，态度极其恶劣！

入住简直是一团糟。我通过*******预订，并在抵达前全额付款。当我尝试办理入住时，酒店却说他们没有收到我的付款。我出示了收据，证明我已经全额付款，但他们仍然不让我入住。
结果，我不得不在大堂门口坐了整整二十分钟，在寒冬腊月里，每次有人开门都让我被冷风吹得瑟瑟发抖，而他们却还在和*******打电话协商我的付款事宜。最终他们解决了问题，才允许我入住。
然后我们去了所谓的“套房”。哈！真是个笑话！这根本不是套房！这只是一间普通的双人床客房。
套房应该有一个独立的起居室，里面有沙发和额外的电视。而这个所谓的“套房”只有一个房间，里面只有两张床和一台电视，仅此而已。
我问前台那人套房和普通房有什么区别，他说“空间更大”。可我真不知道他们把空间放哪儿了，因为我根本没看到什么额外的空间。
千万别订套房，跟普通房一模一样！
我有没有说过我们进房间的时候温度只有56华氏度（约13摄氏度）？！这里可是俄亥俄州，正值隆冬，我们一进门，房间就跟个冰窖似的！
他们说是清洁剂的缘故，那他们能不能用点儿不用把房间弄得像冰窖一样的清洁剂啊？
房间本身还不错，但是服务态度差劲透了，我以后绝对不会再住这家酒店了。还有好多想说的，但是字数限制1500字了😂
我们到达时，一位男士在大堂告诉前台，有个陌生男子用钥匙进入了他的房间。他追问还有谁有他的房卡，前台回答说没有。至于这名闯入者是如何进入房间的，我们不得而知，但男士刚一质问，那人就逃走了。我问酒店是否有监控摄像头，他们说有，但没有经理在场无法查看，而经理当时不在。我又问酒店是否有保安，他们说没有。前台那位年轻女士并没有认真对待此事，还试图装作什么都没发生。我知道有陌生男子进出房间，带着两个十几岁的女儿，我感到非常不安全。我们取消了预订并离开了。然而，******* 仍然向我们收取了费用。请大家注意！
浴室的电总是断断续续——我反复重置开关好几次，直到彻底失效。前台说他们会重置断路器。但这不仅仅是断路器的问题。
超额预订，纯属扯淡。
