酒店回复: Realmente lamentamos si de nuestra parte hubo algo que no cumplió con sus expectativas, y respetamos el derecho de todos de expresar su opinión, sin embargo en este caso la opinión nos parece que es injusta y que falta a la verdad, sobre todo al haber usado una foto que no correspondia a este hotel, que era una foto de stock disponible para su uso publico en internet, y que causaba un terrible efecto negativo al solo verla, sin duda usada con mala intencion, y que al haber presentado pruebas de su falsedad esta fue removida de TripAdvisor, esperamos que los usuarios no hallan sido engañados por esa foto y las malas intenciones evidentes en la presente reseña, aqui mismo se pueden apreciar fotos reales que si corresponden a este hotel presentadas por otros usuarios en otras opiniones. Rancho Las Cruces is a very special place. Accessed by a drive down a long gravel road it is well off the beaten path, quiet and remote, in the best way. The collection of common spaces - restaurant, bar, billiards and poker rooms - casitas and villas - have a vintage feel but have all been updated to the highest level of comfort. The views overlooking the sea are vast and breathtaking. The staff are all warm and attentive. The food is the freshest we have had in our two months in Baja. During our four day stay we hiked the dramatic cliffs over the sea, snorkeled along the shore (which was like swimming in a lively aquarium), paddle boarded along the coast, played pickeball, putted golf balls, fished, and enjoyed just hanging by the pool. and beach We cannot wait to return.

Nice property however was looking for a decent beach to go swimming but none available on site. However overall very relaxing place to get away from it all.
