Bad smell The property is in a very bad condition . Smelling here n there but the horrible smell was in our room n toilet ( no 678). The staff had no solution.Further either there was no accessory like hair drier, kettle , iron or they were not working. Tata is spoiling the brand Vivanta in Jammu

On our way and back to Katra we experienced the real Taj hospitality @Vivanta Jammu and understood that it's not about the hotels but about the people who create the fantastic home in another city where your an anonymous person who is cared for. Special shout out for the GM, a real gentleman. Thanks and we hope to visit soon.

It has been a outstanding experience staying at the Vivanta City Center. The whole journey was a Flawless; with airport transfers, friendliness by staffs & the GM, clean rooms and worth mentioning the dinner at the rooftop restaurant. We were a group of five. This was our first stay at City Center. I am sure this will not be the last.

Nice Hotel i was ugraded to next cetogary Room without any addtional charges.FO staff was very nice and soft spoken. While Breakfast I met Kuldeep whom I recognised who earlier met me in Katra years Back. It was very nice to meet him and will not forget hospitallty given By FO staff.
