Stay included a good buffet breakfast., an ac room with comfortable beddings, tea coffee sachets with kettle, all basic toiletries, hot water, ample parking, very close proximity to hypermarket (nesto) and hospitals... A lot of good reasons to recommend this hotel.

The ambience is so nice. The staff are so humble, and their check-in experience is really awesome. Good break fast, and the restaurant personnel are so curtious and helpful. Rooms are well maintained, and the service is so good. We are very happy to stay

The toilet seat was broken, and the toilet paper rolls were wet once and dried, mold in the bathroom, and a bad sewage smell. Photos look good in advertisements and rating is hype. Also breakfast is very very limited worst experience. Also in night took some time to find entrance to reception which is on 3rd floor.

Very nice ambience and location. Staff is very good and perfect place to stay in kottakal. The rooms are large and very clean. Location close to MIMS and important places in Kottakal. Had a enjoyable time in the hotel.
