I had fruitful vacation during my stay at this hotel for two nights and 3 day during the last week of March for the excellent hospitality offered by the managerial staff of Royalton Residency. The deluxe room with balcony was excellent in its hygiene and room services was offered to delight the customer with a minimal price. The responsive service from the restaurant attached, good authentic food offered serenity to my purpose to travel to kuttikkanam, thekkady, wagamon and so on during these days. Recommend customers to avail the service of Royalton Residency for a good delightful time.

Royalton has always been one of my favorite places for events and dining. However, this time I was really disappointed during our group event because of the parking issue. I parked in the front, and no one informed me that parking there was not allowed since separate parking was reserved for event guests. Later, I was followed and asked to move my car, which spoiled my mood and the whole experience. Such a situation can easily be avoided if proper information or guidance is provided in advance. Clear communication about parking arrangements would ensure guests enjoy the event without unnecessary inconvenience
