When I arrived, hotel was closed due to fire. Customer service would not help me find another place to stay stating that I would have to call back the next day because customer relations was closed for the day.

Stayed here while visiting family, and I must say that I am impressed. Checked in late friday night and off to the room, I was. King size bed , very comfortable, with everything you need to cook in, if you want to. Large tv with a decent selection of channels, pool a little too small but that's ok. Internet worked good from the room. Room and lobby both smelled fresh and clean, and no trash to be found anywhere. Bathroom had bright lights, and fan. Definitely worth a try.

Everything this place has to offer is nice but they need to clean up and exterminate. I understand there is short staffing, but you have to have clean rooms for guest without roaches 🪳. Staff was nice enough but security folks were scary looking and sat in the parking lot in plain clothes with a beach chair.

Had a truly awful experience here, if you need to be in Baytown I would recommend Towneplace Suites. Also if you have an issue, corporate will do nothing to assist. This is the last time I'll stay at a Best Western.

Rooms were nice but we could hear pounding on the floor above us. Bad insulation. Front desk was not friendly at all and didn’t welcome us or explain where anything was in the hotel. Luckily it was a one night.
