Good experience. The hotel is really professional and we all liked the stay. The Hotel is trying its best to show their expert service capability and it is improving day by day. this was out second stay. the previous one being 2025. me and my senior citizen family members were equally elated and the staff were eager to help. their food quality was great and we particularly liked hte way they served the food. quite an international standard must say. Anirban was good. And the Hotel prime person Sanjiv Singh was equally good.

The event went flawlessly, and the management played a huge role in making it a grand success. All our guests were extremely happy with the arrangements. The rooms were clean, the service was prompt, and the staff was always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a very smooth and pleasant experience for our entire family. A special mention to Mithun Choubey, the banquet manager at Payal Inn, who guided us right from our very first visit to finalizing the venue. He was incredibly humble, down-to-earth, and made sure everything was executed seamlessly. His support and coordination truly made a difference. I recently stayed 23/11/25 and 24/11/25 for my sister in law daughter's marriage ceremony and with other programme, at Payel Inn, a three star property/Multiplaza hotel at Asansol , 5 miniutes walking distance from Asansol Railway station. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel has maintained all modern amenities and very much clean not only the rooms, but the banquet and the roof top garden are also clean and well decorated perfect for a marriage ceremony. We had access to high-speed Wi-Fi and a great gym facility and beauty perlour. I must mention the name of Operation head Mr. Gourango Modal is a nice gentleman, give us 24/7 support, any problems occurred instantly shorted out. He and his full team were professional, friendly, cordial and soft spoken and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. We had a wonderful stay and performed all the rituals of Marriage. I want to convey my heartfelt appreciation for all that you've contributed. PERFECT location in asansol, 5 mins walking distance from Railway station, and over-all in the center of the city Atmosphere is a loud outside but quite peaceful once you enter the premises of Payel Inn Rooms are beautiful and very well maintained.
