我们在这家酒店住了两晚。入住和退房都很顺利，房间干净宽敞，配有办公桌、冰箱和微波炉。工作人员很友好。我之前看过其他评论，有些房间有小厨房，但我的房间没有。浴室宽敞舒适。电视也有很多不错的电影频道。
早餐不错，有烤土豆、鸡蛋等热早餐可供选择。或许他们应该增加华夫饼，因为我妻子不吃鸡蛋，我们也不吃猪肉和牛肉，所以如果没有这些，选择就有限了。酒店也没有面包片，但有贝果。
这家酒店地理位置优越，靠近高速公路，毗邻海滨长廊购物中心，那里购物、看电影和用餐选择丰富。我们还去了距离酒店约15英里的艾伦镇艺术博物馆，那里还有其他餐饮选择和旅游景点。艾伦镇的街边停车是计价停车，如果有人需要停车，因为我没有找到艺术博物馆附近的其他公共停车场。
我预订了这个房间，庆祝我女儿的生日。我们本来打算和她的两个朋友一起游泳，然后在那里过夜。可惜的是，泳池加热器坏了。我到达时被告知加热器已经修好了，但实际上并没有。水和泳池房间都很冷。孩子们因此没能游多久。我非常失望。

这是我们第一次入住这家酒店，我们打算在Wind Creek活动中心过夜，从78号公路开车大约10分钟即可到达。预订酒店之前，我浏览了一些评论，大部分都是好评。我对一些负面评论有点担心，但考虑到周六晚上的住宿价格合适，所以我预订了。我们发现这家酒店各方面都很棒。实际上，它看起来像是最近翻新过的，但在退房时我们询问，却被告知并非如此。那些声称酒店很脏、有异味或员工不友好的人肯定是在谈论其他酒店，或者只是那些总是抱怨的人。以后我们去伯利恒地区旅行时，一定会毫不犹豫地预订这家酒店。
我最初检查了一下，发现我住在 5 楼。我拿到了钥匙卡，带着行李上了 5 楼，但钥匙卡无法用于我被分配到的特定房间。我把所有东西都拖到大厅，他们给了我一张新的钥匙卡，上面有一个新的酒店房间。我回到楼上，进了我的房间。床垫套没有完全盖好。床单完全盖好。看起来好像有人匆忙把它弄好了。只是有太多不一致的地方让我的住宿有点不舒服。
这是我们第三次入住，我们非常喜欢这家酒店！唯一的缺点（也算不上什么）是酒店酒吧的调酒师对我们有点粗鲁，因为他想快点结束一天的工作，而我们到的时候，他已经关门了（晚上11点）。这虽然不是什么大问题，但很意外，他竟然在晚上11点就关门了，因为去年我们周六晚上入住的时候，酒吧营业到午夜。当时那里还有几个人想多待一会儿，所以周六晚上可以考虑晚点再住。
我们入住期间，房间肯定被水淹过或漏水了，因为入住期间，很多落地扇昼夜不停地开着。这也导致早餐时非常吵。
房间里的恒温器工作不正常。尽管我们试图让它工作，但房间还是很冷。这不是灾难性的，所以我们没有报告这个问题，但应该检查一下。
