Everything was great overall! Breakfast was the only thing that could have had a bit more variety.

When I arrived, the receptionist asked, “What’s up?,” when I was needing to check in. She was not welcoming at all and didn’t explain anything about the hotel, except what time breakfast was. I thought it was quite rude. Breakfast is very limited in choices. Room was clean.

The breakfast was not good, I became ill a few hours after eating. Everything else was so wonderful!

Our stay was 3 nights.We told the front desk DAY 1 (Thurs )within minutes of checking in that our bathroom sink was completely clogged. It was disgusting- each morning to brush our teeth and have my husband shave in a sink that wasn’t draining. I was told it would be fixed ASAP.They did not.Day TWO (Fri) I reminded them again in person.They told us that they had it in the computer that someon had pulled our stopper up and had fixed the problem. NOPE.I told them that was NOT TRUE - the stopper was UP and never was the problem. It still needed fixed. NO ONE CAME .On the third day (Sat.) I talked to them again in person. No one ever came.Day 4 ( SUNDAY )morning my husband DISMANTLED YOUR SINK, pulled the clog out of it and put the sink back together!! I spoke to two people at check out about offering us some type of compensation since we had been unable to use our sink properly for three full days and that my husband had to become a plumber.They said management doesn’t work on the weekends, but I know the girl made a phone call. The manager said that since it was entered in the computer as problem solved on Thursday he could not offer us anything. I said,but that was just not true-I have come down here 3 times in 3 days. We were in town for a family wedding and I certainly did not have time to mess with this. I told the 2 girls at the counter that I hope that they would do the RIGHT THING by my husband and I or that I would be forced to leave a bad review which I am doing .

Breakfast "Egg souffles" were a nice change compared to the usual soagy scrambled eggs - I don't know if they get that creative every day.
It's very clean and recent enough. Next to a Mall with nice dinning options.
Booked as it was two miles from my business meeting location.

Hotel and the area around it was amazing ! The breakfast leaves alot to be desired…
Hotel staff were amazing, area around the hotel is super safe and lots of food and shopping nearby!
Would highly recommend!
