We came into town for Thanksgiving. The price was decent, the service at the front desk, fair. The food was fine, basic. The yogurt refrigerator was too warm and my yogurt was spoiled on day 1. I didn't pursue it after. Coffee bar was fine, the machines worked well. The room had no air flow in the bathroom, which made it stifling hot and muggy constantly. The air conditioner struggled a lot, and the room stayed too warm. We were traveling with our son and his wife, they got a separate room, and theirs seemed fine. We also traveled with our younger son, and separated rooms the 2nd night and purchased a 3rd room across from him. It was better, shower was updated and ac was in better shape, and the airflow in the bathroom was better. Overall it suited our needs, but it was very basic for the price. It still came in cheaper if we had stayed closer to where we needed to be in Maryland, and not in Virginia. Would I chose it first next time, probably not. In a pinch, yes I guess so.

Very clean, pretty large room, comfy beds and pillows. I’m starting backward but it is truly worth noting…. I am not a hotel breakfast buffet person but have to give this hotel props, it is was very good. Fresh, hot and a different variety. I will admit when I saw the folded egg omelets, I was disappointed and may have even said something lol but when I had the veggie egg white omelet? I was proven wrong. Tasty and fluffy. I am also a room snob. The first thing I do is head to the shower and bathroom to check it out. Spotless. Our AC unit was a little loud, but we like a little white noise. This hotel truly surpassed my expectations. I will definitely take more note in the Holiday Inn Express and Suites go forward.

Clean, nice and convenient hotel. My only complaint was that the bathroom was missing a couple of trim tiles down by the floor. Property was clean and with comfortable beds and very nice pillows.

My blinds to the window were broken. Couldn’t get the back to go up or down.
The safe didn’t work. I did ask for it to be looked at, but I guess the maintenance people were too busy.

This was the perfect location for attending a wedding in King George. Close to many restaurants and stores for last minute needs. Angie at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating

This hotel was very nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is great with lots of food choices and Walmart all within walking distance, but also far enough setback so no noise problems.
